Shipping policy
12.1 General
OrchardTech delivers goods through selected courier partners. Available courier options will be displayed at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on the courier selected and the delivery location.
12.2 Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time is between seven (7) and twenty-one (21) business days, subject to stock availability, courier processing times, and the destination address. Delivery timelines are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
12.3 Dispatch and Payment
Orders will be dispatched only once full payment has been received and cleared in OrchardTech’s bank account.
12.4 Delivery Address
Delivery will be made to the address provided when placing the order. You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct and complete. OrchardTech will not be liable for any loss, delay, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you.
12.5 Force Majeure
OrchardTech is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, customs processing, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where a delay exceeds a reasonable period, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (including the right to cancel and receive a refund) will apply.
12.6 Acceptance and Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, you or the person receiving the order may be required to sign for the goods to confirm receipt. If the package appears damaged, you should:

(a) refuse delivery; or

(b) sign for the parcel as "unchecked" or "damaged" with a clear notation of the condition.
Failure to do so may affect the assessment of any subsequent claims for damage, missing items, or defects, but does not limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
12.7 Failed or Refused Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, failure to accept delivery, or any other reason attributable to you, OrchardTech reserves the right to charge additional delivery or handling fees before arranging a second delivery attempt.
12.8 Delivery Charges and Free Delivery
Free delivery, where offered, applies only to selected main delivery areas. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the courier selected and the delivery location, and these will be displayed before checkout is completed.
12.9 Limitation of Liability
OrchardTech will not be liable for any indirect loss, damage, or costs arising from delivery delays, provided that reasonable steps have been taken to fulfil the order. Nothing in this clause limits your right to cancel and receive a refund where delivery is not made within a reasonable time, as provided for in section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
